Every child is born to be a Guardian of the Universe.
A chain of schools where children learn why they are learning. They grow their own body and mind, enrich the lives of others, and care for family, society, nature and the world they belong to.
Tap a ring. Every person is a complete system and also part of a larger one.
A Guardian of the Universe is a responsible, accountable being who develops their own body and mind, enriches the lives of others, and cares for family, society, environment, nation, world and universe, choosing actions that help human and universal development. From the Guardian of the Universe philosophy · Trimbkeshwar Srivastava
We measure the whole person, not only marks.
Nature guards itself by instinct. Humans were given a mind, so we must understand nature's laws before we can care for them. Every Guardian child grows in three layers.
Developing my body and mind
Health, food, emotions, and the strength to face difficulty.
- Daily movement, yoga and sleep
- Calm under pressure
- Learning from failure
Enriching the lives of others
Speech, friendship, family and honest work.
- Respect for every person
- Cooperation and service
- Standing up for the wronged
Caring for the world I belong to
Society, nature, digital life and purpose.
- Stewardship projects
- Civic duty and fairness
- A clear answer to "What is my life for?"
or opposite?
One question guides every choice a Guardian makes, from screen time to career: does this action help or harm me, others and the world? Students learn to apply it to phones, AI, food, money and tradition itself.
Five failures schools share, in India and abroad.
More access, more money and more technology have not fixed them. Most reforms leave the deepest cause untouched: children rarely learn why they are learning or what responsibility they carry.
Schools measure marks, not the whole person.
Our answerWe assess growth in Self, Others and World, alongside standard academic results.
Teachers are undervalued and overloaded.
Our answerTeachers are guardians first: trained, mentored, fairly paid and freed from avoidable paperwork.
Students do not know why they learn.
Our answerEvery child learns how they belong to larger systems and what they owe to them.
Technology has moved faster than wisdom.
Our answerStudents judge each tool by what it does to themselves, others and the world. The method stays low-tech at its core.
Families and schools no longer work together.
Our answerThe family is part of the child's learning system, through the Sanskar Parampara programme.
of Class 5 children in rural India could read a Class 2 text in 2024.
ASER 2024more teachers are needed worldwide by 2030.

PISA 2022Understanding must come before participation.
A child must understand a system before acting responsibly within it. Our teaching works like a laboratory formula: this content, taught through this method, produces this outcome.
Real systems
Water, the body, the family, the community, the Earth. Things a child can see and touch.
Observe, explain, act
Children study the system, understand its laws, then take responsibility within it.
A Guardian
A young person who can explain, apply and do, and who chooses to care.
Observe
Each unit begins with a real system the child can watch, such as the water cycle in the school garden.
Explain
The child learns the laws behind it and explains them in their own words.
Practise
Short mastery checks close gaps when they appear, not years later.
Serve
The child acts on what they understand, at home, in school or in the community.
One teacher who knows each child well, follows their growth and stays close to the family.
Students prepare fully for board examinations. Guardian learning is built into the curriculum, not added on top.
Movement, yoga, sleep and health education, with a trained counsellor and a written wellbeing policy.
Age-based policies agreed with parents, paired with self-discipline. Students explain and defend their own work aloud.
Restoring what every child should receive from family.
Every earlier generation gave children two educations: knowledge from school and संस्कार from family. That chain has broken, and the phone now fills the gap. We work with families to restore it through twelve streams of life education, from age 3 to 18.
Parampara Karya
One simple family task each month, such as cooking a family recipe together.
Dadi-Nani Sabha
Grandparents and elders visit school to share stories and skills.
Parent Guardian Circle
A small parent group meets each term to prepare for the next stage.
Sanskar Diary
The child records what they did and learned. A parent adds a line.
Sanskar here means life education, not religious ritual. Each family keeps its own faith and customs. Sanskar is never marked or ranked, and no child loses out because of their family situation: the mentor teacher quietly fills any gap.
A wise farmer never eats his best seed.
He saves it for the next season. Education does the opposite: its brightest students go into every profession except teaching.
The Guardian International School will identify its finest students, prepare them as teachers, and give them the honour and salary worthy of the best.
- "Best" is judged by Guardian qualities, not marks alone.
- A Guardian Teacher Academy trains teachers, who first apply the philosophy to their own lives.
- A fixed share of fee income goes to teacher salaries, with a clear career ladder.
- A funded path into teaching, with no bond and no pressure.
